4. Consultations & Booking

Consultations are scheduled upon mutual agreement. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone for any reason, including requests that violate ethical guidelines, legal boundaries, or Google platform policies.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

First initial mini consultations offered as promotional trials are free of charge. For subsequent private sessions or customized traditional guidance work, fee structures will be clearly communicated in advance. Payments are non-refundable once the consultation or session time has been delivered.

6. User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information and interact respectfully during consultations. Harassment, abusive language, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
